Juliana Moonette Manrique is currently Assistant Professor of Humanities & Music Sciences, Saint Scholastica’s College, School of Music and School of Arts & Sciences, a historic exclusive women Catholic college from Manila Philippines, which advocates ‘education towards excellence and social transformation’.

They have co-authored papers on multidisciplinary and social action research on the topics of the psychology and sociology of music, religion, social justice and peace studies that were awarded grants for academic presentations in various university conferences in the Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Austria, Scotland, York and London, UK. Juliana is also Chair of Saint Scholastica’s College School of Music, actively involved in curriculum design from the philosophical perspective of social re-constructionism that is connected to her social action researches on community arts.
