Dr. Hannah Griffin-James is a seasoned research consultant and academic with over 15 years of experience in the field of research and evaluation. She is the founder of Expert Evaluation, where she provides tailored evaluation services to accelerate culture change, evidence Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and drive impactful decision-making. Her work combines advanced quantitative and qualitative methods to develop bespoke evidence-based tools, conduct large rapid evidence reviews, and create insightful data visualizations.

In addition to her consultancy work, Dr. Griffin-James is a lecturer at Hong Kong Metropolitan University, teaching psychology and research methods. She is actively involved in the university’s Elder Academy, contributing her expertise to foster lifelong learning in the community.

Dr. Griffin-James holds a PhD in Inclusive Science Education, with a research focus on creating accessible and equitable educational practices. Her methodological approach is rooted in a commitment to inclusivity, adopting flexible and innovative strategies to accommodate diverse populations.
