Joshua Wilt, Ph.D. is a Senior Research Associate at Case Western Reserve University, specializing in a multimethod approach that integrates qualitative, interpretative, and quantitative psychometric analyses. His research explores the relationships between attitudes toward science and religion across various cultures, and how these positions influence responses to global crises such as climate change and pandemics.

Wilt’s work extends to examining supernatural attributions, as well as religious and spiritual struggles and existential challenges more broadly. He has conducted several conduct large-scale surveys that aim to provide insights into these complex interrelations. Through his research, Dr. Wilt aims to foster a deeper understanding of how cultural perspectives on science and religion can shape global and communal responses to pressing societal challenges.
