Overview

Anthony K Nairn is a Ph.D. student at York University in Toronto, Canada, in the Department of the Humanities.

Anthony’s Ph.D. research is on presentations of science that use religious-like affect and narrative style to present scientific fact as a singular narrative whole. Using methods from the different disciplines he has been trained in, Anthony is hoping to create a multidisciplinary framework for understanding how science, religion, spirituality, and society are interacting in today’s socio-political environment.

Anthony is the Administrator for the International Society for Science and Religion (ISSR), and welcomes any questions related to the Society or his research interests!
