I am a postdoctoral researcher in the study of religion at the University of Helsinki. My PhD dissertation (2023) examined the relationship between belief in science and supernatural beliefs in science-oriented individuals. I have also investigated the role of belief in science in a sense of meaning, morality, and continuity after death. In my work, I have mainly utilised a survey method with open-ended and structured data.

Currently, I am working in projects on worldview literacy and on non-religious approaches to death and after-death. I am also working on a project investigating the influence of death awareness on worldview beliefs in religious and non-religious science-oriented individuals.
